Debbie was was recruited as registered manager in 2006 and continues to work there today. Debbie realised early on in her career that she loved working with people with mental health issues and her determination and drive has led her to become a very successful respected manager, enabling individuals living with dementia.
Debbie has now also began managing Serenita a home that specialises in ARBD care.
Debbie has gathered a plethora of qualifications pertaining to her role, including the registered manager’s leadership and management qualification.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and running around after her granddaughters.
